Winter ends when Cage Titans 70 rolls into town, and Memorial Hall will welcome the spring season in emphatic fashion when Jay Perrin takes on Kenny Champion at Featherweight in the main event. Warming them up in the co-main event will be perennial finisher Joe Poirier welcoming the seemingly unfinishable Jean Patrick, and another classic amateur title fight closes out the prelims when undefeated Ash Rao defends the bantamweight strap against 2024 fighter of the year Carter Whitty making Cage Titans 70 a must watch event.
Coming off the heels of winning the OG Championship, Kenny Champion wants to climb the divisional ladder further hoping for an Undisputed Title Shot with a win over former Bantamweight champion and UFC veteran Jay Perrin. Champion (4-3) brings a 100% Knockout rate for professional wins when he looks to defy odds and shock Gods. The OG Champion believes possesses the speed and power to keep that ratio intact against a man who’s never been knocked out. Perrin (12-8, 2 KO, 4 SUB) is a tactician whose talents have brought him to all of the biggest stages of MMA on a global scale, and he is confident his experience will play a significant factor in his new home at Featherweight. Rarely one to test it for elusive movement, timely strikes, and a stellar fight IQ disguise his granite chin, Perrin is confident these will all transcend in his new weight class along with the momentum of his all time classic victory last year.
A similar conundrum is posed for the co-main event fighters respectively when Joe Poirier takes on Jean Patrick to prime the main event. Poirier (5-1, 2 KO, 2 SUB) has made a habit of creating memorable violent artwork and has his sights set on a contender series shot by end of year. In his way is the durable Brazilian Jean Patrick (4-2) who seeks his first finish win on the long trek to Plymouth. Pure killer instinct meets uncanny indestructibility in this electric co-main event of Cage Titans 70.
Always producing the pinnacle amateur platform, Cage Titans has claimed the top spot in the region for professional MMA action in 2025, and the meat of the Cage Titans 70 sandwich will be the historically iconic amateur Bantamweight title fight between Ash Rao and Carter Whitty closing out the undercard. The recently crowned Rao has yet to taste defeat at any weight class, has been on conquerors run, and seeks to continue his excellence with his first defense against Whitty, who is coming off back to back forever highlight reel knockouts with bad intentions to add to it and become champion.
Plymouth is the town to be in March 22nd for all the action at Cage Titans 70
